Lisa Smit – Founder and CEO / Managing Director
Lisa, a visionary and entrepreneur, had the drive and dedication to create what L.S. ENTERPRISES is today. She contributes 18 years of passion within the health spa industry, her unique ability and skill to create extra-ordinary, unique spa treatment protocols, and her in-depth product knowledge to develop unique product lines accordingly. Lisa is highly regarded in the industry and press for being an innovator and industry trendsetter.Her qualifications in the Cosmetology-, Health and Skincare Industries are:

  • International Diploma in Cosmetology and Beauty Therapy (British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology, London, England).
  • Cidesco : International Diploma in Cosmetology (Comite International D’Esthetique Et De Cosmetologie, Paris, France)
  • Society of Cosmetic Chemists of South Africa – Associate member
    Masters diploma in Health and Skin Care Therapy (Isa Caarsten’s Stellenbosch Academy for Health and Skin Care Therapy).

Shane Smit – CFO / Financial Director
Shane fully supported his wife, Lisa, during her years of creation and development. He joined her full-time during mid 2006 as the rapid growth of the business demanded focus in all aspects of financial, operational and quality management.

He contributes 17 years experience in financial-, production engineering-, and operations management.

His qualifications are:

  • Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng Engineering Council of South Africa)
  • Degree in Engineering (B. Eng University of Stellenbosch)
